Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- File patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
- Partner with government agencies on quantum security initiatives
- Present research at IEEE Quantum Week and similar forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
