Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures using Python and modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).
- Optimize agent reasoning loops and reduce inference costs while maximizing accuracy.
- Integrate autonomous agents with legacy enterprise systems via APIs and webhooks.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of agent behaviors to ensure reliability and safety.
- Mentor a team of talented AI engineers and define technical best practices for the organization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing concepts.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications and autonomous agents.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
