Responsibilities
- Architect and design core components for the Year 2026 AGI roadmap, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of large-scale neural networks into high-performance distributed cloud environments.
- Lead a team of top-tier machine learning engineers in researching emergent behaviors and optimizing model performance.
- Establish rigorous safety and alignment protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices for the 2026 release.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a highly related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Proven track record of leading complex software projects from concept to deployment in a high-growth environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible AI governance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
