Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Translate quantum research into production-ready blueprints
- Establish quantum security standards for 2026 compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum architecture or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., QKD protocols)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
