Key Responsibilities:
Architect and optimize high-performance 2D rendering pipelines using WebGL and Canvas APIs. Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate complex visual concepts into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity implementations. Debug and resolve complex graphical anomalies across multiple browsers and devices. Contribute to the open-source community and mentor junior developers in advanced graphics techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced 2D rendering engines capable of handling complex geometric transformations and particle systems.
- Optimize WebGL shaders and JavaScript execution to achieve 60 FPS on high-resolution displays.
- Debug and troubleshoot rendering issues on mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Integrate third-party graphics libraries and build custom tools to enhance creative workflows.
- Maintain and update existing graphics codebases to ensure compatibility with modern web standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on 2D graphics or interactive media.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of WebGL, GLSL, or Canvas 2D API.
- Experience with graphics math, linear algebra, and physics simulations.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
