Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect and design complex, distributed systems specifically tailored for the 2026 technology roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development efforts to integrate emerging technologies into core product architectures.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and architect solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and security experts to ensure holistic system integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
