Responsibilities
- Core Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure for the 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and deploy solutions to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security protocols and ensure the 2026 ecosystem remains compliant with industry standards.
- Innovation: Research emerging technologies within the 2026 ecosystem and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in the 2026 ecosystem, Python, Go, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS or Google Cloud Platform, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
