Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen quantum computing applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for emerging tech
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary innovations
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets across 15+ projects
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative R&D
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling tech teams to 200+ engineers
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act and US regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
