Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure and microservices.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness) and evaluate their applicability to our stack.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system reliability and security standards are met.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in high-availability systems and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for forward-thinking technology and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
