Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at festival entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees

- Assist with setup/breakdown of event structures and equipment
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Availability to work weekends and evenings (Nov-Dec 2023)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to multiple festival locations
- Basic knowledge of first aid/CPR is a plus
