Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum network architectures using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant computing systems
- Architect secure quantum communication channels leveraging quantum key distribution (QKD)
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough research
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with demonstrated Qiskit/Cirq proficiency
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
