Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Implement error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Establish quantum-compatibility standards for legacy infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in quantum architecture
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
