Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise clients
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Develop patent-pending quantum optimization algorithms for logistics and finance
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging protocols (QKD, QML)
- Ensure compliance with NIST quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy milestones and decoherence challenges
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Certification in Quantum Computing Security Protocols (QSP)
