Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science

- Develop proprietary quantum error correction techniques to achieve practical scalability

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Published work in Nature, Science, or IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing and HPC cluster management
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants and funding
