Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in logistics and drug discovery
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols

- Mentor junior researchers and develop lab protocols for quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Qiskit or Cirq
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
