- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era hardware

- Secure $2M+ in NSF/DARPA research grants
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum)
- Author industry white papers on quantum commercialization timelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (2020-2023 graduates encouraged)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
