Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with industry impact
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and venture partnerships
- Develop quantum-safe cybersecurity protocols for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Proven track record of securing DoE/NASA grants
- Fluency in topological quantum computing architectures
- Patent portfolio with 3+ quantum computing innovations
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems below 10mK
