Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware integration gaps
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026 cybersecurity infrastructure
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory through our academic partnership program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing or AI journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and HPC optimization
- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
