Responsibilities

- Lead experimental quantum hardware validation and optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in complex algorithm design and optimization techniques
