Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping 2026-viable innovations
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to scout frontier technologies
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Present disruption strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainability-first engineering initiatives for circular economy models
- Curate global thought leadership summits on next-gen human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership or futures consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/climate)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
