Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech partners on quantum error correction protocols
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum software stacks
- Present findings at international quantum computing symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit development experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or trapped-ion systems
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects
