Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for autonomous systems and generative AI.
- Oversee the architectural roadmap for LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced AI methodologies.
- Conduct research on emerging paradigms such as Quantum Machine Learning and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or artificial intelligence research.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive innovation.
