Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming with Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq
- Deep expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information science
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting qubits, trapped ions)
- Strong background in complex algorithm design and optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced R&D environments
