Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical quantum mechanics with practical quantum processor development

- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks to validate hardware performance and scalability

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms including superconducting qubits and trapped ions
