Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum software with quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent with quantum specialization
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, quantum information theory, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and quantum circuit optimization
