Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting and photonic platforms
- Develop error correction techniques to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and its intersection with quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) preferred
