Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead experiments on superconducting quantum processors at 15mK temperatures
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing frameworks
