Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and secure intellectual property
- Mentor junior researchers and present breakthroughs to industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum computing research
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and calibration protocols
