Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (DARPA/NSF)
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubits and photonic quantum systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ researchers
