- Secure $5M+ annual research grants through federal and private funding channels
- Present findings at premier conferences like IEEE Quantum Week and Q2B
- Oversee quantum simulation environments and error-correction protocol development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier quantum computing papers
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
