- Secure $5M+ annual research grants through strategic proposals to NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish industry partnerships with quantum cloud providers
- Develop quantum security protocols for 2026-era blockchain and AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
