Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Design and execute innovation sprints with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Develop quantitative models and scenario-planning frameworks for future market landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Oversee the launch of pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and cross-functional R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
