Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 1M+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Create error correction protocols achieving 99.999% quantum fidelity
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum materials and cryogenic engineering
- Architect secure quantum networks with zero-knowledge integration
- Drive standardization for quantum-compliant cloud infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and security protocols
