- Define and enforce security protocols for autonomous networks and decentralized systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for real-time neural processing.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering partners to ensure seamless software-hardware synergy.
- Drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle and beyond.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern container orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for high-performance backend development.
- Experience deploying and scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI workloads.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through rapid innovation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, futuristic technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
