Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor architecture
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong Python/C++ programming for quantum simulation
- Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes R&D environments
