Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast disruptive forces affecting 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, TED talks, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
