Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Create technical documentation and quantum security frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and drive R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum cryptography
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
