Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and quantum memory systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems
- Drive quantum algorithm development for NISQ-era applications
- Mentor quantum research engineers and publish peer-reviewed papers
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
