Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2026-era data ecosystems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum cloud services and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Present quantum computing innovations to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
