Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs of future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite to communicate strategic vision and secure executive buy-in for tech initiatives
- Establish KPIs to track adoption and impact of future technologies on business outcomes
- Build and lead a specialized Future Tech incubation team
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Certifications in innovation management or emerging technologies preferred
