Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise clients
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography applications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming principles and best practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development

- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
