Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum software development teams using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Partner with AI research teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
