- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision, identifying key milestones and deliverables to ensure organizational alignment.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, economic shifts, and consumer behavior to predict future market needs.
- Innovation Management: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Web3) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate foresight into actionable business strategies.
- Future-Proofing: Audit current infrastructure and processes to ensure scalability and resilience leading up to the 2026 transition period.
- Pilot Programs: Design and launch high-impact pilot programs to test future technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
