Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware/software integration
- Research and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026 use cases
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation for diverse quantum processor types
- Collaborate with security teams to develop quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
