- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of designing quantum algorithms with real-world applications
