Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise applications
- Design scalable quantum algorithms leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration protocols for real-world deployment
- Lead quantum circuit optimization for error correction and coherence extension
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum hardware-software co-design
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM SIGPLAN
- Mentor quantum engineering interns from Stanford and Berkeley programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and error correction codes
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in Nature Physics or Physical Review X (within last 3 years)
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, Rigetti) and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and Majorana fermions
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD quantum projects
