Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in prototype development
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems operating at 99.999% fidelity
- Develop quantum-safe migration strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE/ACM journals with industry impact
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in quantum cryptography or fault-tolerant systems
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for defense-contract projects
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum machine learning libraries
