Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead end-to-end quantum system architecture, including qubit integration and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance and scalability
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-gen encryption standards
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in IEEE/ACM journals
- Drive quantum computing adoption through industry partnerships and pilot programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
