Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation products targeting 2026 market needs
- Partner with engineering to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem with startups, academia, and industry partners
- Develop future-proof architectures scalable to 2030+ technological shifts
- Drive ethical tech frameworks for responsible innovation adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
