Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe encryption frameworks for financial systems
- Optimize qubit stability in cryogenic environments
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid models
- Implement fault-tolerant quantum circuits at scale
- Validate security protocols against quantum attacks
- Document quantum algorithms for enterprise deployment
- Partner with MIT and Stanford research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Familiarity with NIST post-quantum standards
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation
- Security clearance preferred
